My blogroll. It's huge. Huger than huge. So here it is, my ever-evolving blogroll, in its very own blog, because it has outgrown my sidebar.

How I blogroll: If I stumble upon a site and I like it, I subscribe. If I stumble upon a site and I think I'll like it, I subscribe, hoping to someday have more time to decide if I like it. If I stumble upon a referral in my stats, I'll subscribe to that site, because what? People actually read my blog? Who are they?

The blogroll, it needs attention. It demands attention. It demands hours and hours of time-sucking attention. It's an electronic version of the stack of magazines that I'm saving for a hundred specific reasons I can't remember. I add crafty/ design sites like crazy. I add sites that I think are going to make me organized and simplified and Martha-ed just by reading them. I add sites because they are my friends' sites. I add sites because I like what they have to say. I add sites because they're written by mamas. I add sites because they're not written by mamas, for a change. I add sites because they're pretty. I rarely delete.
